About Me

I am a BPS chartered psychologist and UKCP registered psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical and academic experience offering psychotherapy, supervision and consultancy services in Lisbon and in other locations online (I can work in Portuguese, English and Spanish).
 
My approach is relational, integrative and dialogical which means I tailer the sessions around your needs and specific difficulties and/or goals.
 
I help people with a wide range of mental health difficulties in close collaboration with other colleagues. I am trained to work with individuals, groups and families. I also supervise other therapists, helping them develop their full potential. Additionally, I provide consultancy to organizations that wish to invest in better and healthier work environments.
